1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Buraanbur Sahlan mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Buraanbur Sahlan is an educational platform providing video lessons on Buraanbur (Somali dance) and related psychology content. The App offers a subscription-based service that provides access to all video content, community features, and learning tools.

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the App.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to the App's content requires an active subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• All payments are processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings (iOS) or Google Play subscription settings (Android)
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• Prices may change with reasonable notice, and continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance

The respective platform's terms and conditions apply to all in-app purchases and subscriptions.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content available through the App, including but not limited to videos, images, text, graphics, and music, is owned by or licensed to Buraanbur Sahlan and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content
• Record, capture, or screenshot video content
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our content
• Use any content for commercial purposes
• Share your account credentials with others
• Circumvent any content protection measures

6. Community Guidelines

When using community features within the App, you agree to:

• Be respectful and considerate of other users
• Not post content that is offensive, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory
• Not post spam, advertisements, or promotional content
• Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Not share personal information of others without consent
• Not post content that infringes on intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Use automated tools to access or scrape content
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Upload viruses or malicious code

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Any fitness or dance instruction provided through the App is for educational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice. You should consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any exercise programme.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buraanbur Sahlan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at Appinquiries@buraanbursln.com.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
